THE GAME

A 45 minute escape on our Stages SC3 stationary bikes. You will be guided by an intentional format through rhythm cycling. Whether it’s your first time, or your 100th, we will make sure you know what you’re doing, why you are doing it and for how long you will be moving. The beat will pick you up from song 1, and take you on the journey all the way through the end.

Rhythm Cycling optimizes the body's largest muscle groups, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves as well as abdominal and lower back muscles. Whether it’s weight loss, or you want to build your endurance, the physical aspect will push you. It’s also super dope to get those benefits as you have fun dancing on a bike.
