Drink plenty of water and have a light snack with some carbs. You will burn them off, we promise 😉 We have water available for purchase and a free water-fill station if you bring your own bottle.

We recommend wearing athletic attire, form-fitting pants or shorts, and of course, socks [we will have socks for purchase if you forget, we got you] Our bikes require cycling shoes. You are welcome to bring your own LOOK Delta or SPD-compatible shoes. We also offer shoe rentals for $3.
LOCKERS + SHOWERS + STORAGE:
We have cubbies and lockers for storing your belongings along with full-service shower rooms and amenities where you can do your thing! We also have two dry bar areas for you to get all pretty for the day. Complimentary sweat towels and shower towels are provided, free of charge.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Please arrive 15 minutes early and check-in with the front desk crew. If you have childcare booked, please proceed to check your child into the room prior to coming to the front desk. You’ll sign a waiver if you haven’t and get prepped on everything you need to know, from class style to bike set up, to instructor introductions and everything in between. If you are not signed in 5 minutes prior to class, your bike is subject to be given away.
We’re here FOR each other! This space will bring your power and escape like nothing you’ve ever felt before. Bring good vibes into this space and treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the practice, we do not allow cell phones in any of our experiences. If you are on call or have a certain situation that requires immediate attention, you are welcome to leave your phone with the front desk. We will watch it like a hawk and make sure we tend to your needs
IN THE STUDIO
As a new rider, it’s important to let one of our skilled team members properly fit you to your workout bike. Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to clip in and out of the pedals, and run through the basics of our spinning technique.
Our fitness classes are designed to push you to your limits, but it’s important to listen to your body and remember that you are in control of your own bike. Our cycling studio is the perfect environment for each rider to take every class at a pace that works for them.
